What can I get help with?

Covered matters include wills, powers of attorney, trusts, home purchases and sales, mortgages, adoption, guardianship, immigration assistance, identity theft defense and personal bankruptcy. Traffic ticket defense excludes DUI. Coverage limits and exclusions apply.

How do I use it?

Create an account at members.legalplans.com or call 800-821-6400. Choose a network attorney and schedule an appointment. There are no copays, deductibles or claim forms when you use a network attorney for a covered matter.

What if my attorney is outside the network?

Reimbursement follows the plan's fee schedule. You pay any difference between the plan payment and the attorney's charge.
