Spouse
A copy of your registered marriage certificate and your most recent 1040 tax return: the first page, showing filing status, if you have been married more than 2 years. Black out the financial information.
Children
A copy of the registered birth certificate showing the parents’ names.
Stepchildren
A copy of the registered birth certificate showing the parents’ names, and a copy of your marriage certificate.
Legal ward
Court or legal paperwork granting guardianship or custodianship.

Upload by December 16, 2026. Anyone not verified is removed until Open Enrollment for 2028, unless you have a mid-year qualifying event.

Spouse
Covered for health, dental and vision.
Children
Up to age 26: natural born, stepchildren, legally adopted, children placed in your home for adoption, and legal wards.
Disabled children
Health, dental and vision coverage, if they meet the requirements in the Summary Plan Descriptions.
A child turning 26
Covered through the end of the month they turn 26. That counts as a life event, so they can join their own plan.
Do this
Add them in Oracle during Open Enrollment, then upload their documents by December 16, 2026.
Adding a spouse or dependents, documents not ready
Add them now anyway. Upload the documents in Oracle by December 16, 2026.
