All exempt and Office Hourly

How long is the paid parental leave?
All new parents get 6 weeks of paid parental leave to let them stay home and bond with their new child. Birthing parents receive an additional 8 paid weeks for recovery time, giving them 14 weeks of paid leave total.
Who qualifies for these benefits?
Full-time, non-union office hourly and salaried team members with at least 12 months of service and 1,250 working hours in the past year.
When do these benefits start?
Benefits begin after 1 year of service, and covers births, adoptions, foster placements, and court-ordered permanent custody/guardianship arrangements of a child.
